My approach
I discovered holistic therapies when, at twelve, I went to see an acupuncturist as traditional Western medicine was not helping me. This experience opened my eyes to the world of holistic therapies.
After studying at undergraduate and postgraduate level at top UK universities, I decided to follow my dreams and started training in Reiki. Having always been particularly sensitive to energy, finding Reiki was one of the most life-changing moments in my journey.
